§ 17.007. Regulated cable operators.

A.

A regulated cable operator shall comply with all duties and obligations imposed upon the regulated cable operator by the Act, F.C.C. rules and/or regulations, and this Ordinance.

B.

A regulated cable operator has the burden of proving that its submitted existing rates or a proposed rate increase comply with the Act and FCC rules and regulations.
