§ 60.007. Violations.

Violation of this ordinance is a misdemeanor punishable by fine of up to $500/or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both.

B.

Remedial Action. Any violation of this ordinance shall also constitute a basis for injunctive relief or other appropriate remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with this ordinance and enforce the provisions thereon.
